Check into a set of Spal dual 11" high performance fans. They are expensive, best price I found was $250.00. But they are flow rated/measured as pulling through a radiator. All other fans are rated in free air, no resistance... I had same problems in Houston where it gets a little warm

A Griffin or Be Cool radiator will help a little bit, but not that advertised and guaranteed 20 degrees, simply because you already have an aluminum radiator. But I like them and think they are good modifications... but expensive.
