High Pitched Squealing Noise

Anyone have any idea what a squealing noise would be?
Coming from passengers side, sounds like it's somewhere near the AC compressor but I can't see what it could be, only happens when it's running of course
At times it dissapears, it's not overly constant, I'm wondering if it's related to the fan, because it sounds like something kicks in and thats when it starts.
If it is the fan what you think it needs?
