tire rack says OE is 255/50/16 if that helps ...

The 255/50vr16 tire was used on both 8.5x16" and 9.5x16" wheels.

275s will fit perfectly. Hell, I have 275s on my 8.5" wheels, but that's pushing it a bit.

I think i'll get 275's for em... it just seems weird to have a wider wheel, but keep the same tire? I dunno, just doesn't make sense...
whats the size then? 275/50/16?

Either 275/50/16, or 275/45/16, whatever is available. 275/45 is closer to your stock diameter (if they make it)
