Go for the Vortech. Scrap their fueling system and go with bigger injectors and a custom tune. With good heads, exhaust, etc. you should be able to squeeze 425RWHP+ out of it with the stock bottom end. There are a few people doing this for more than a year now without killing the motor.
I have a 355 with stock crank and rods with JE pistons. Mind puts down 550RWHP plus on pump gas. I will be dynoing again once I finish rebuilding my intercooler. I am hoping to up the numbers! We will see.
Lastly, you can put an ATI intercooler onto the Vortech system relatively easily. This will give you a little more power, but the main thing is you will not be knocking on heavens door any more.
