Default Yippee! New job!

Yippee! New job!

Finally, after two years of being out of steady work, a few short term contracts here and there. I found work!

I'd like to tell you what I'm doing but it's DoD stuff

What I can say is that I'm helping keep our country safe, and I'll be doing a lot of traveling, which will make racing a little hard.

On the other hand I'll be getting to see the world on an expense account.

Congratulations! I know how you feel, I was working odd jobs for over a year before I found something in my field. Now I'm a working stiff, but it pays well. Paying back all that debt now...

I'm glad to hear that you found permanent employment with you know who. I have a close friend working for our uncle (Sam). Again, enjoy the travel.

Actually I'll have the capital to start building the stuff now, though the travel might make it a little difficult.

Since you can see the plane takeoff from the site I'm going to, not to mention the fact that they have a gift shop. I've been authorized to share this much

Also Congrats Brian!!! And welcome to DoD. I am on the other end with NGA. I travel on expense account but only occassionally. It has funded many of my vette projects, like the new engine, the rebuild of OE engine, the many transmissions, the recent Dana44 swap. Next trip is for either a supercharger or a lift for the garage.
