Well, I got the new TPIS shocks installed on my '88 roadster and boy do they make a difference. The old shocks were just that, OLD, I am pretty sure they were the originals and had virtually NO damping left whatsoever. I am nothing to compare the new ones against, but boy are they better than nothing! There is alot less understeer (feels like oversteer to me, but I bet it's just that it's less understeer) and the ride is much better. The ride height increased about 1 to 1-1/2 inches tho so I'll have to get the lowering kit now. Next week I start on the Poly bushing kit. I have been spraying all pertinent bolts and nuts with penetrating lube in preparation for this job.
