I have aquired a '90 project car. It convertible with an automatic trans. It had and interior fire confined mainly to the radio area of the console. I could rebuild the interior wiring harness but it would be easier to just replace it with a used one.
What I need to know is I found a complete dash frame with wiring harness on ebay for a '90 model, but it is out of a 6-speed car. According to the local Chevy dealer the part #'s are different. Can anyone tell me what the difference is? Thanks.
Plus, maybe the neutral safety switch, TCC? My guess is that if the eBay harness is a bargain, you can make the adaption with the aid of the Helms wiring diagram.
