Not trying to beat emissions
Alot few posts recent threads have been about beating the MAN in emissions testing. I am not trying to do this. I just would like to know why my numbers are as bad as they are

It is going on for Diagnosis on Thursday and the guy said it is probably a bad EGR valve or CAT.

Anyway, I'd agree with the guy that the cat and/or EGR aren't functioning correctly, due to the high NOx reading. Also I'd guess you're running a bit rich from your CO reading.
