Still Doing The Same Thing
O.k. I Changed The Cat , Plugs , Wires , Cap , All The Tune -up Stuff + The O2 Sensor , Timing Seems To Be Ok,but Car Will Still Bog Out And Not Run Rigth , Help Me Please !!!

I don't remeber if I replied to any of your previous posts, but just in case... I had a"bog" problem for quite awhile(it would even quit running at stop lights sometimes)...I did all the things you need and finally traced it down to a bad fuel pump. AFter I replaced it..it ran perfect!

Connect a hose to your shrader valve on the end of the fuel rail and connect a fuel pressure gauge to it and tape it to the bottom of your windshield. When it bogs, if the fuel pressure drops, your fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator or fuel filter may be defective.

sorry<the year is 1984 and the car was sitting for about ten years. i think ??? , it has something to do with the muffers, they sound clogged , i changed the cat but did'nt make that much of a diff.
