OK. Went to start up the 94 vette and it decided not to start. It's turning over very strong, so it's not the battery. I suspect it is either the fuel or no spark somewhere. Any suggestions on where to begin? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Could be your starter or solenoid... most places will check that for free...
Something else to check would be to make sure you have fuel pressure...
Next would be to check spark...
at least that's how I'd go about it...
When you first turn the switch to the on position before you turn it to start you should be able to hear the fuel pump whirring as it primes the system. Sometimes if the fuel pump is having problems or starting to go you can turn the key to on repeatedly (for 4-5 seconds each time) and it will get enough fuel to the injectors to start the car.
Not the starter, it kicks over very srong. There is fuel pressure, and spark going to a spark plug I checked. Is a 94 6spd equipped with an OBD I or ODDII ? I think I need to plug in to the computer to see if I get any codes. I don't receive them on the instrument panel.

On my dad's classic we are restoring those are the only reasons the car wouldn't start... Perhaps something is up with your ECM?
