Got this for $2.99 @ O'Reilley Auto Parts. Plug boot remover, use it to pull plug boots off the plugs. Works pretty good, and is stubby enough to be of use in close quarters like on a C4, plus the handle's flexible and you could also probably get two and clasp them together on the plug to work even better:
