Default Unhappy alarm

My 92 has a Crimestoppers alarm system on in. Nobody pays attention anymore, but it does lock/unlock the doors and pop the hatch. It has started arming and disarming itself. I can hear it now out in the garage, chirping every now and then. I put a charger on the battery thinking it might be low, but that did not help. Any ideas?

thanks

get rid of the aftermarket alarm.

they are scary in how they wire into the factory harness... it will be installed under the drivers side kickpanel, by the steering column. Just about every shop puts them there...

Thought about it, but have to admit I love the push-the-button-unlock-the-door thing.

yea, nice, then replace it with a Clifford. The brain can be located anywhere in the car, versus the column area that most others install them...
