Default Battery Draw - worst senario ...

88 - C4 - L98

My battery is drawing down over a couple of days. If I pull the 5 amp LCD fuse, it goes away. Recon I need to have my display overhauled? No other problems otherwise... Any ideas ???

Thats a moderately common cluster problem. There are a number of components on the two circuit boards that have 12v on them all the time and with age some components will develope leakage resistance. Unless you are well grounded in electronics, I recommend that you send your cluster to a service center. Before you do, measure the leakage current so you can compare it when it is returned and also you can tell the repair center what the leakage current is.
