Default BL Cell Table

I spent some time graphing the block learn cells my '95 Vette's PCM uses. This map is based on the boundry values set in the PCM as well as my various logging sessions. The layout of the cells is pretty common knowledge, the reason I did this is I noticed I didn't see cells 4, 8, and 12 and cells 16, 17, 18 didn't seem to fit the pattern in ALL my logging sessions. I was confused! So this is what I came up with.

Cells 16 - 18 are only used when my car is at idle, not moving. This appears to be their only purpose, idle fuel trim. My car has never entered cells 4, 8, 12 in all the recordings I have done, various engine conditions, etc. At WOT it's stuck on cell 15, but I realize if it's in PE mode it's ignoring the BL values.

Anyway, can anyone comfirm these findings? Has anyone seen their PCM enter cells 4, 8, or 12?

Thanks

Just checked a couple of datalogs, and my car didn't enter cells 4, 8, or 12.
