Default Got a good one for ya...

Friday night was cold..in the 40's...first night I have tried the heater.Worked fine.Used ot for a couple minutes driving then turned it off and left the temp set at 90 with no fan on.Smelled the slightest hint of coolant.I mean I was really paying attention. It could have been the window being cracked open a little.

Got to my buddies house and we sat out front for a few minutes looking at the vette.I noticed what looked like a few drops under the car right where the botom rad hose would connect to the rad.but on the ground.Never saw it drip just saw it on the groundWTF??...I touch it and it's sweet....Open the hood and look around real good..NOTHING.I see a couple drops on the hose..very small but fresh.
Night goes on and I go home..no problems or anything funny...no smells or anything.
I check her out yesterday and see a couple tiny drops on the hose that leads to the throttle body.only like three tiny drops.Could only see them with direct flashlight.Let her run for awhile with the heat on and off and nothing....no smells no leaks..nothing.I did notice that the bleeder valve on the therm neck could be tightened a bit.I snugged it up good.
Now the only difference was today was kind warm...maybe upper 70's

Any ideas.......anyone had this happen?

Maybe it's the seal on your H2O pump, did you reach up under the front of the pump and touch the weephole w/your finger? If you get stinky finger (coolant!) then it's your H2O pump starting to go.

Nope these are on top of the water pump......no way the drops could be from the bottom.
It's literally away from the belt and around the bottom rad hose and hose for the throttle body.....funny is that it is on the top side of the throttle body hose..almost like it got squirted outta the bleed valve...then it "could" run down the underside of the lower rad hose and on the ground.....

Now that i think about it more....I ran a Mustang and stomped ibadly but got into the revlimiter pretty good in second from excessive wheelspin.. ....wondering if it built up enough pressure to spit some out that bleed valve cause it wasn't all the way tight.
