Default fan relay connector

where can i find the connector that plugs into the fan relay (the one located under the cruise control module on 85-87 vettes...that i know of)? mine acutally melted into the relay. so i need the relay, and connector. i can find places that sell the relay but have been unable to find the connector. Or is there a better way to do it? like wire up a manual fan switch?

I wouldn't go purely manual. Find the connector, using the above help, then consider if you want a manual option. I have a three position switch. 1.) Fully automatic, 2.) Constant on, and, 3.) Cannot come on.

RACE ON!!!

I have an 87 and just replaced mine. Corvette Central and Ecklers have a kit which includes the connector and relay.

Ecklers part number 30974 $16.99

Corvette Central part number 244213 $17.95

I think their shipping charges are differant so the prices are not the only consideration.

Thanks! Upgrading to the newer 88+ relay will be great. It turns out that after shipping charges to my address, Corvette Central is about $1 cheaper. Not enough to worry about though. I've ordered from both before, but I'll probably go with Ecklers. Thanks for the part numbers!

JUnk yard. Many 80's GM intermediate cars use this connector for fans and possibly other functions. They disassemble/reassemble very easily so you may be able to re-use some of your wiring and wiring connectors.
