you need ceramic coated!
$188 for the set!
let me know!
3 yr guarentee and lifetime rust warranty.
Summit sells collectors that have 02 bungs in them! I'd recomend that its cheap and the easiest thing to do! welding those things in is hard and they dont work as well.
thanks

A heated O2 on the passenger side collector. Much more room over there. But you have to make extensions for the 3 wires.
-key on current (can tap into the window wiper motor harness or fuel pump relay wire)
-ground
-sensor signal

Coat those headers with ceramic!
If I lived in US I sure would coat them. Now I just going to use them as they are. THey should hold atleast 2-3 years without coating
Could you give me som exampels on heated 02 to use?

Well Nathan knows the part numbers but they are just a regular ol 3 wire O2 and they are not that hard to wire up. Since you will be running your headers uncoated they might actually get hot enough after a while. You may try to run w/o the heated O2's. It won't hurt anything but you will know whether or not you need em cause your car will run like crap.

You can tell if your ECM goes into closed loop (since you headers are not coated, maybe they won't keep enough heat inside the tubes like a coated ones would) after it sees the sensor saying it's up to operating temperature.
On my 89 Mass air flow 165 ECM I can see when it goes closed loop with the ALDL and the "SES" light on the dash and how fast it blinks. I don't know if 91 is speed density or what computer it has or if you can check the same way. Someone can chime in and verify this.

yeah i will hook up my tts datamaster laptop as well to verify closed loop. I just dont whant it to take forever to get in to closed loop due to to cold o2 censor.
