Default sun visor repair

I read how others had repaired their floppy visors. It mentioned removing the vanity mirror (lighted). How does it come out as not to break it. thanks!

I slid some mini-blind strips in through the edge of the light fixture and avoided breaking them as they seem difficult and fragile to remove. Working good so far. Iv'e been thinking of how to spray some adhesive in there to tighten up the fabric as well...

Feel around on the non mirror side of the visor you'll feel 2 holes. That is where the mirro snaps in. Seems like you may break the mirror but just work it out. Break open a floppy disc cover and slide in a piece, it'll last longer than the original!
