Aligning targa top
Since the search function still sucks!!!!!!! Here is a new post.
Somebody had posted a thread with a write up and pics on aligning the targa top. Anybody have this information?
I'm trying to align my second roof panel and at (I think) the limits of moving the coupler on the roof panel itself.

I read that thread a long time ago. Worked great. remove visors, rear view mirror and plastic trim. Set top on car. Make sure you are on a flat surface so car isn't flexed. You can now loosen the bolts on the nounts that are attached to the top. tighten the top down to car. now retighten the bolts that hold bracket to top. Did this with both my tops. No more squeeks and the tops swap fast and easy now. Only takes about 20 minutes. If you have multiple tops, be sure to adjust both while apart.
