no start

hey, i have a problem. i have a 94 lt1. it will not start. in fact it will not do a single thing, i.e. no dash lights, no starter click. THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED, putting out 12 volts. if anyone has an idea, let me know, SOON. thanks.

try cleaning battery terminals

The wire going to the ignition switch has a fusible link and yours is blown. Replace it!
