I have an 85 with a manual that has the Lingenfelter super ram setup. Besides other high performance mods, like TPIS headers, a B&B tri-flo exhaust, Weisco forged pistons, hydraulic roller cam, etc., I am around 500 hp. You do not need a supercharger to get high horsepower if your setup is done correctly.

The excitment between driving a 500hp NA motor and 500hp forced induction is like day and night. Its nothing like it when your under boost. Don't believe?? Just ask any one who experienced a 12+psi of boosted V8 cars.

I have to take your word for it because I have never driven a supercharged car. I would like to one day to experience the difference. My car, being 500hp is fast. I can only imagine what a 500hp supercharged car would be like. It must be a blast.
