Default Need to do RR's/Pushrods/Studs/Roller Chain, What do u suggest?

The plan is to do the TFS/219/SR. That is the plan so far.........

But I have ran into a little roadblock with my 1.6 RR's. It appears that I cannot use my GM 1.6's on my trickflow 1.46 dual springs heads.

So the parts listed below are the parts recommended to me by a forum member, What do u guys think? The studs with the TFS heads are 3/8, but I have been told that going to a 7/16 would be the better way to go.

Here are the part #'s from Summit Racing.

roller chain: http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...9-3145&x=8&y=8

roller rockers: http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...5-16&x=13&y=12

pushrods: http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...tt=CCA-7808-16

studs: http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...7103&x=24&y=10

from what i know, but that isnt much, these parts should work with my TFS heads, and the pushrods, well i dont know what size i will need.

I have always the same question you made...
I don't remember wher I read that Trick flow heads have +.100" valves..
but I'm not sure...
I know that TRIck Flow replacememt INTake valves are TFS-51400211 and they are Valve Tip Length (in) 0.250 . and
Overall Valve Length (in) 4.960
So if this is a stock tip lenght and the Overall Valve Length is stock you should use a stock lenght 5/16 diameter hardened pushrod set.
About the rockers yes they are correct if used with 7/16 studs.
About studs, I think is better to ask to TFS because the have the correct 7/16 studs but they are ARP with a Trick flow code.
Let me know if you received the missing guideplates and studs from summit.

-Edit..-
In any case the best approch will be to buy an adj pushrod to achieve the best rocker geometry. Incorrect rocker arms geometry can lead to excessive lateral load on valve guides (expecially on increased ratio -1.6-....).
In addition if you plan to mill the heads or to use a thinner head gasket the correct geometry can be achieved only with an adj. pushrod. Then when you have the correct lenght you can order the right lenght heat therated pushrods.
We need in any case to know if stock valves used in trick flow 23 deg heads are std lenght or not...
Could you ask to Trick flow?

If you are "racing" or reving hard you would want a stud girdle on a 3/8 stud.
I raced for 3 seasons, WOT, 7500 rpm ALL the time on a 3/8 stud w girdles and it was fine.
W a 7/16 stud, you don't NEED the girdles but if you are racing or running hard you should mount them anyway.
You will need tall valve covers w girdles.
Summit has a house brand girdle for $99 that is beefy and works fine.
Trick Flow has a nice tall Cast AL. V/C but I don't know if it will work on your motor, may need to add some inlets since they have breather bosses but no holes drilled
