I never realized this, but the valve cover bolts are actually 2 pieces? The torx bolt screws into a stud, which screws into the head. Now, for my coil packs in the Delteq system, I need to leave three studs in, and use the bolts from the kit to bolt the plate holding the coils to the valve cover, and of course, the bolt won't come out of the stud. Where can I get new studs, or while I'm at it, how about those chrome torx bolts? Thanks for any help.
hey
I just did the delteq install but not complete yet. But at least I mounted my coil on the valve cover. Here how I did mine. Use a T50 torx to loosing the valve cover bolt. The bolt are in two piece. If the whole bolt are coming out then you will need to clamp it on a vise with rag and than try to loosing the cap.
