minafolds vs headers (WEIGHT!)
what is the difference in weight for a late model C4? aproximately what does a set of stock exhaust manifolds weigh? and what does a set of ceramic coated longtubes weigh?

Dropping the Manifolds and Cats is a pretty big wieght reduction on these cars. Together they are very heavy items. 
At least it is that way on the LT cars.

My stock '92 manifolds weighed in at 28.5 lbs for the pair.
A set of Hooker shorty's weighed 11 lbs.
I never weighed the longtubes. They weigh more than the shorty's, I'm sure, but remember that they really replace most of the stock cat/pipe assembly, so you need to consider that when comparing.
