Default 94 Need advice

ok got a question. 94 lt1 with little less than 25,000 miles on it. Outside temp about 55 degrees or so. Just got back from a ride and the coolant temp stayed approx 190-200 and oil temp ran right around 200. Coolant temp seems reasonable to me but the oil temp seems low. It showed the same on both the analog guage and the digital. does this seem low, and if so could it be just a sending unit?

Thanks

Default Very normal...

I have a 1996 and my temps are very similar to yours. I have many more miles but the same temps. Not to worry.

that seems normal for the weather... or at least not something you need to worry about.

thanks, it just seemed low to me, I saw a thread awhile back that was talking about low oil temp and someone said something about not getting hot enough to burn the moisture and contaminents out of the oil. Thanks again I guess I will not worry about it. thanks again

With it being around 55 degrees, Jan. 1st, my 94 LT1 ran 208 water and 212 oil. I would say your temps are good.
