Need help with spring rate codes and suspension setup
1990 vert, auto trans
I've got the FE1 RPO code, which I believe is the soft ride suspension. I would like a little stiffer setup. Like the Z51 setup. Now I know the Z51 spring rate varied from year to year. What I need to know is the the 3 letter spring code for the Z51 or other year sport suspensions and what years will properly fit my car. I understand that the verts were a little different. Need codes for front and rear springs. I'm going to try and find used springs on ebay or something.
Also I assume I will need to change the sway bars as well. Opinions on what size I need are welcome.
Thanks

front FHC 93.1
rear RCA 39.9
The only stiffer front spring is the 115.5 rate code FHB
Z51 and Z07 used 57.2 rate code NYU on the rear.

Thanks, thats what I was looking for.
Now can anyone give me any info on what sway bars to use to complement these springs. I'm going to post in the auto-X section as well, good idea.

Then in `92 when all Vettes switched to the Eagle GS-Cs, the Z07s tested better with the standard 24mm rear sway bar.
The 30mm front that the Z07 and most Z51s use is great for eliminating body roll.
