'92 LT1 Strange Sound!

'92 LT1 Strange Sound!
I have a '92 with the stock LT1, no mods whatsoever to it, and I've been noticing lately a strange whistling sound, almost like a flute coming from the engine compartment It comes and goes, it doesn't do it all the time, and its not the belt. Any ideas?? (maybe something to do with the AIR pump?)

Sometimes my Air Pump on my 92 makes some odd whining....kinda like an oscilating whine.Only when the car is hot and sits for a bit then restarted. 
Makes me laugh........Just like that DAMN ABS procedure the car performs everytime you start and move it.My girl notices it EVERY time and looks at me like the wheel is gonna fall off..LOL
