Help with Headlight Issue Diagnosis ('95 coupe)

The driver's side headlight goes completely up and down and works as it should. The passenger side headlight comes on but the motor never gets power to move up or down.

Hooked on Vettes and gramercyjam, thanks for the input. I'll definitley check out that fuse and look into checking the wire when I get home from work tonight. I'm hoping that one of those turns out to be the culprit as I'd rather not have to look into getting a third headlight control module...
