Never saw or heard of these. Looks to be a possible LPE prototype. Check it out:

Hmm , Interesting, but seems useless IMO..

Might be too much of a PITA to try to get to work, and doesn't even state how high they raise the superram intake itself.

Doesn't sound entirely useless. You could make the proper length extensions for your desired rpm, and have an optimized TPI setup.

But, for all the trouble with tB routing, and hi rise hood, seems like a big tube TPI would do just as well.
