yes you can remove all the emissions stuff, air valves, air pump(replace with air pump eliminator), egr (on intake blocked/plate, plug its supply line ) ), egr sensor, (Block/plate it too ). all vacuum lines that run to these units.. air valves in front of motor (just below tb),also remove vaccum line from passenger side vavle cover to TB, ( install air breather, plug TB), remove line just below it as well, plug off, remove air switch at thermostat housing, remove all small pipes connected to headers weld holes and port the insides or block off with cap( if you have no welder)ther should be no code 32 issues with a 160 thermostat.

I don't understand why you want to do that. The engine was designed with all that stuff, and it uses a negligible amount of HP, and helps all of us to breathe easier.
