94 voltage fluctuation?

94 voltage fluctuation?
I notice my voltage has been bouncing between 13.2 to 15 on the cars digital readout the past few days, most of the time it would read in the 14 range. I have no electrical mod`s and stereo is stock would running the defroster cause this or is it a sign of the alternator dying? I think its the original one

Do you notice any change in the lights; ie. cyclic bright - dim? That's what my '92 was doing as well as the digital volt meter bouncing between 13.4V and 15.1V. I just replaced the alternator yesterday, fixed it right up.
BTW, I have put 40K on it since I bought the car in 2000, it has 123K on the odometer.... it was overdue. My GMC pickup has 108K on it, it's on it's third alternator.
