I just went ahead and removed the plenum and runners and lifted the injectors out so the tip are visible. Becuase the car won't start and was leaking allot of gas thru the mufflers.
So now that they where visible I went ahead and had my dad put the switch on without turning the engine and when the fuel rails charged it the the drivers side injectors ( all 4) leaked gas like crazy, while the passanger side did not.
I did put in my old injectors back in and they are doing the same thing.
What can be my problem? I checked the injector fuses look ok I'm stuck please help.
do you have the electrical plug off? If you just have FP to the rail with the electrical plug disconected then you have bad injectors. If you left the plugs on then you may have a short or ECM driver problem. A quick check would be to remove the plug and see if the injectors quit leaking and if they do put a test light across the clip of one of the injectors if it lights (with the ignition on but not cranking) then you have either a short or a bad ECM.
I disconnected the leads to the injectors and they do not leak which means the ecm is sending the wrong sinlgnal and I checked the wiring and it looks fine I didn't see any exposed wire and followed them back to the harness and the look fine. So I guess is the ecm.
What could have caused the ecm to send the wrong signals? Is there another way to check the ecm? and what do I expect to pay for a replacement?
I don't know what year yor car is so I am just taking a stab that it is a TPI. Since you say it only leaks with the connector on you have a problem in either the wiring or the ECM. To check the wiring you will need to disconect the batery and unplug the "D" connector to the ECM (Just disconnect all of them if you are not shure) then either check with a multi meter and see if you still have a ground on the Lt BLU/Lt GRN wire (Depending on what side). If you dont have a meter but have a test light reconectthe bat. with the ECM still disconected and see if the test light lights when connected between the two leads of the injector clip. If you have neither just conect the batery (With the ECM still disconected) turn the ignition on and see if the injector still leaks. If the problem is still there with the ECM disconnected then you have a wiring problem and need to find out where it is shorted to ground. If the problem goes away it sounds like a bad ECM.
Ok disconnected the ECM and it did not leak nothing and after I connected the ECM again it leaked.
So my ECM is BAD What should I expect to pay or is there some else I can do?

AutoZone has remans for exchange under 100 dollars. Don't let your original go until your positive this is the problem.
I am not shure but I think you may need to pull your chip out and stick it in the reman if you go that route mabey the TPI folks can chime in here. Just if you get one keep t inmind you may need to retain your e-prom from the old ECM.
Same thing happened to me recently, except both banks of my injectors were dumping fuel all the time. It was the ECM, pretty sure its the same thing on yours by reading the posts.
I paid about $89 for a remanufactured ECM. Hold onto your EPROM, cover, guide pins, and plastic bracket off your old ECM, you'll need to swap them over.
I got mine from a local place called Auto Parts Unlimited. The main place is in Van Nuys, and they have a place in Lancaster which is where I go. I may get a discount there since I am in there so much, I always pay less when I get there than what they quote me over the phone.
It may be a bit far for you to justify the trip, you might pay a little more locally but considering your time and gas, etc. I believe they should be readily available and most auto parts places should carry them.
Good luck!
Okay I out on the new ECM and took of the old prom from the ecm into the new one. But to my surprise it still does the same thing as the old.
But when i disconnect the ECM it does nothing. What can I do at this point?
I should have asked this first but is it throwing any codes?
this has went beyond an obvious fix and has me stumped. Here is a list of things I would try
1. Pull codes
2. Check all grounds to the ECM
3. If no codes and all the grounds are good, try disconecting the TPS and distributor cables and see if it still has the same problem. (The point here is to try removing the signals that tell the ECM to provide fuel
4. Pull the Prom and see if the ECM W/O the prom causes the same problem
This is just a list of things I would try if it where me I am not a TPI EFI expert just trying to help.
for any test that envolve disconecting/reconecting the ECM disconect the batery.
Okay I followed my wiring again to see if there was some thing bad butthere was not. I pulled codes from the ECM I just pulled a 12.
But when I disconnect the blue plug from the ecm it doesn't leak. But when I take out the prom it still leaks.
I returned my new ecm becuase it did the same thing and only the left bank leaks when the ignition key is on the ON position (for about 3 seconds) after that it stops and if you crank it, it will leak again till it runs out of pressure.
