Try Golen Engine Service out of Hudson, NH. They will ship right to your front door. I just finished installing one of their 383's.
I purchased a short block from them and swapped over all of my accessories. Give Chad Golen a call at 1-800-591-9171 or look them up at www.golensengineservice.com.
Very reputable and they back their work. They are in this months GM High Tech Performance Mag as well for a 383 LT-1 build up.
Give him a call and he will gladly answer any of your questions. I spoke to him several times before deciding on what I wanted.
By the way he shipped it to my front door in Florida so NJ should be a snap!
