code 15 & 26 - help please

1992 a4

i am having codes thrown- at first i thought it was b/c my exaust leak, but i decided to check anyway. It gave me code 15 and 26.

Code #15: Coolant Temperature Sensor Circuit Low.
- what is that

Code #26: Quad-Driver Module #1 Circuit.
- and this means-lol

any input is very appreciated

is it possible that the code 26 was caused b/c i removed my cats? i read that it has to do the airpump and some relays that is used to heat the cats on startup?

yes, #26 could be caused by removal, but usually only removal of the system...

15? That is simple, get a coolant temp sensor. either that, or it has come off the waterpump.

ok fixed the 15- the sensor had a broke plug connector.

i am calling compcams to see if they think the removal of my cat caused a code. if so they can reburn it for me.

As I said, I don't think it's the removal of the cat, it's would have to be an electrical problem with the system. I would not be surprised if you neglected to attach a connector...
