Hard start when warm and sys light
This morning I went to the grocery store, started up the Vette after it sat for about a week, it started up fine and ran fine. Was parked there at the store for about 30 minutes and when I tried starting it to head home, it would not start initially. Tried again and it finally started, but was running real rough, like a cylinder was missing, and I could hear a popping sound from the exhaust. Also SYS was flashing on the speedo the whole trip home. It ran rough for the first couple of minutes as I headed home, and then it smoothed out and ran just fine. I parked it in the garaged for 30 minutes, went back and started it again to see if the problem would repeat, it did not; it started just fine, had a smooth idle, and no SYS flashing. What the heck is going on?
This has happened a few times before and it seems to occur when the weather is cold. But this is the first time the SYS has popped up. Anybody have any ideas?

The battery is most likely the problem.
