Passenger upper A-arm removal

HELP!!!!!!!
PAssenger side upper A-arm.
Front bolt- Cannot get it all the way in without hitting something below the AC unit, with a belt attached. It has a bolt in the front, though I have no idea what would happen--------
Any suggestions?

Well you need to put the bolt in. the only thing that i can think of is the tensioner that site below the a/c. what year is it?

A- arm

Sorry-
When I say IN- I mean pushed in so that it will free the A- Arm.
The bolt is 1/2" short of clearing the A- Arm.
