They are 12.5 lbs. And, from what I have been told, ou need to launch harder from a dead stop(something to do with the lighter flywheel and not enough rotating energy on take off) but, it has better responce from a roll. It seems that you should install 4.10 gears first, or shortly after, to get the full effect, when launchung. Like I said this is just what I have been told by other members.

I have a Fidanza Flywheel in my ZR1. 1HotZR1 is right, you do have to launch harder, since there is less rotating mass and inertia, so less torque on launch. Upside is that you ramp up RPM's real fast, so you can quickly reel in your opposition.
The only down side to any lightweight flywheel is the gear chatter. At idle, you will likely hear it. You can ease the noise, however, by spraying a few coats of Brake Quiet on the crank side of the flywheel.
I really like my flywheel, and it's seemed to have held up well so far.
