Default code 42

I have a code 42 .changed DIS modules and still have it any ideas?

Check for any bent pins in the connector from R&R.

Why did you change the DIS module in the first place?

code 42.I ran to town 5 miles and stopped at a store .The check engine light did not come on ,on the return trip .could it have some coolant causing a bad conection.Then it evaporarted with the heat?
Whats the r&r.I'm a newby for these zr1's

Check the ECM would be the next logical step

R&R is Removal & Reinstall

So this issue was a previos existing issue before you changed the DIS?

I just sold Greg this DIS and I was sure it was good to go...

But after installing it he has the same problem??

Im trying to get the pages from the manual to him so he can read the procedure
