So the difference is about $150, but then I'd have to install it......which I'd rather not. Besides Pioneer also rebates $200 for installation.
All in all, it's just more convenient for me to let CTs do the install and sell the AVIC-S1 on eBay. Plus I know they will do it right. It would take me a week to do it myself, plus countless trips to the hardware store or Radio Shack for the misc parts I'd need. Then I'd undoubtedly fry SOMETHING! I'm glad to see you know 1 from 2. From the poor spelling I see on the forum I have my doubts sometimes!
CTs put two guys on it on a Sunday and they were through at 9:PM.

Got it abt 6 wks ago & using it as a DD for now. Got a super deal on it. My interest has miraculously been channeled to my new Z here recently (imagine that...), so I may unload it for something a bit more practical.
