I jumped on hiebecks website but im a bit confused on the procedure or i need some longer leads on my equipment!
I need to check these babies out becuase I really think that the injectors are my problem, the fuel system is im perfect shape drove it with the guage coming of the rail straight to the windshield so I could watch it as I drove and at idle its at 40# when I hit the gas he jumps to 50-55# so Im geting fuel to the rail.
but then the stumble and jerking and stalling happens with plenty of fuel on the guage!
It's not a pefect test but you can check the ohms on each injector pretty easy. You can get to the electrical plugs on the injectors without too much hassle. Remove the plug and test between the two leads on the injector itself. I don't recall the resistance they should be but you can tell if there is one or two that are way off. This will at least tell you if you have one breaking down. It doesn't tell you how good your flow is though.
