Also I'm not sure about sales tax advantage in WI but take that into account as well. Meaning here in Florida you only have to pay sales tax on the difference in price and not on the whole purchase price when trading in a car. Let us know what the dealer is offering you for your car on trade and let us know what they are asking out of the 02 Z, miles, money, etc.
I just purchased a Z, most I saw were in the 90-91 range were running 21-22.5, I ended up with a lower mileage 92 for a few more.

I agree but this statement is too generalized. There are 90's that will bring high 20's and 30's. Z's that are drivers or are in the 30-50k range are usually low 20's.
Condition and maintenance are 2 other big factors
