Default Vin # transmission question.......

Is the Vin # located on the transmission? I could not find it. I only found the square tag. Also looks like some rectangle tag has fallen off below the silver and black square tag.

That's a link to the trans vin on car #765 MY '91. The car is/was paint code 42(turquoise), black interior, and a blue tint 2nd top. It's actually stamped like the snapshot to aid in the ID of a major chassis component in theory to slow down thieves!
