Good point. If I do get Aerobody after the car purchase more thank likely it would be a few years down the road.
Kevin I can't remember if we decided the 88 might already have the wonderbar, I can't remember. I'll see if I still have the underhood pics.

The car at Purifoy can certainly be had for less...it's been there at least 4 months, and as stated earlier it's a buyer's market with all the incentives on new cars going on...

It seems the silver one has been on sale for about a year. Look at this post I found dated January 2001

I like the ZF over the doug nash-- How reliable are the Callaway TTs? It would be a great Corvette to own, but if it broke how easy would it be to fix it?

The Callaway has an L98 engine. Yes its been worked by Callaway but its still an L98 engine serviceable by any Chevy dealer not to mention most mechanics. The special components are the turbos, intercoolers, and microfueller (control the extra 2 fuel injectors). The turbos are both oil and water cooled which makes them more reliable. The turbo's can be rebuilt by specialty turbo shops (which exist for auto/truck turbo applications). The microfueller would have to be sent to Callaway (they are still in business).
I maintain my own Callaway despite some occasional hard driving :D Its very reliable and it hauls not to mention how cool it looks!....
