Yes! The 4 half-shaft joints are the same all C4's. The drive-shaft joints are the same all C4's also, although a different series.
They're referenced generally by a Spicer series number with the axle-shaft being a 1350 series and the drive-shaft joints a 1310. There are many different choices in both of these joint packages. I won't mention preference by brand or material!
