Default Fx3 Codes

Heres my story: Bought the 92 with known Service ride control light on.
Turned out to be codes 31 and 32 I believe, turned out to be sheared off actuator gears on the shocks, on the front 2 . Also one gear in a actuator was missing 25% of the teeth. So I bought 2 known good used actuators, and fresh gears from captain Z.
Anyway in putting in the tiny pins to install the gears one didnt go 100%
but I got it. the gear got a bit scraped up.
Put everything back together got codes 14 and 21. Actuators timing out.
Dam it. Well checked everything, Watched actuators on start up and they cycled fine, checked voltages, fine. gears turned freely also heights on the gears are 4.5-5 mm high.
When re-installing the actuators, they MUST fit on freely and kind of snap when fitting into the gear-cups on top of the shocks. Also these actuators are pretty stout and dont normally burn out. I reused the one with the chipped gear and worked 100% fine. What worked for me Was to remove the little Rubber washers in the actuators as they may provide enough "bind" to make the systems time out. Another thing that would work would be to fabricate a tiny spacer washer to fit under the gear cup. 3-4 mm above the gear cup is fine. If you have tried everything like i did and still get a timeout might want to try that for giggles
That FX3 kickes *** when working correctly..
