Pulling plenum
I am planning on pulling the plenum to change the injectors & replace the vacuum hoses. I already have purchased the injectors from Jon & just ordered gaskets from Jerry's. Plus I want to pull my radiator to check for debris & clean it & was wondering where I could find info to do the jobs. I want to do this after I arrive in Phoenix in late April. TIA lorne.

You can find the info right here, plenty of us have done it.What you need is a long Torks bit for the bolts between the runners, you have the gaskets, might want to replace the O rings for the fuel rails and might look into Marc Haibecks systems check CD.If you have any question all can be answered either here or on the ZR1 site.
The FSM is also a great place for info. It is very helpful for the plenum to make sure you have unhooked everything, and also to make sure you hook it all back up when re-assemblying it.

Thanks for all your advise....I didn't know what to expect for the vac lines. Are they special setup & are they available OEM or aftermarket ?? lorne #1748
You can buy the vacuum spyder in the aftermarket. Don't know if I'm allowed to post a link? Or you can find vacuum hose and end fittings at most auto parts stores. The hose in our "spyder" is rigid plastic.
I would cordially invite you to our forum, you can link to it from the NetRegistry site. We have some great threads on what you will be doing.
Not that bad....steep learning curve. Just follow the instructions and take it slowly. Most important is to check everything at least twice...3X is better.
