Reverse lockout ring problem?

Reverse lockout ring problem?
How often do the set screws back out of the reverse lockout ring?This has happened twice so Im thinking I should replace it.

I was going to use some Loctite the first time this happened but with the small set screws sometimes the socket will strip out when you try and get and remove it.Im going to replace the ring with a new part and keep an eye on the set screw.

Thanks for the offer but I just went and bought a new one,$28 no big deal.The threads in the old one seem to be stripped.The first time this happened I got a little nervous but figured it out pretty quick what had happened.
