"sys"
I took my ZR-1 for a quick spin tonight and I noticed "SYS" is flashing right where the fuel info is at. It would show the instant MPG the "SYS" would flash twice. What is that? I'm at home right now so I figure I'll ask here before I get to work tomorrow and check. Thanks for any help.

While there are other reasons, 99% of the time, the battery is not up to par.
Charge it fully and correctly, or replace it if it's time.

Okay, thanks for the quick reply. The battery is fairly new but then again I haven't been driving the car as much. I'll drive it to my shop today and check the battery and charging system. Thanks again fellow ZR-1 brothers.

Sys has other reasons to come on
My 92 ZR-1 did the same thing. When Gordon opened up the pax side bolster, he discovered a relay that had been removed. It ran the lights sensors and something else. The sys message went out. There are other reasons for that to happen.
