Default Ted Nugent on cribs.......

Only talked about two of his cars....(the rest of the time spent on trucks and other hunting type stuff.....He said " this car is so beautiful, I had to have two of them!"
Both C4 ZR-1s.

Wango Tango baby!

There are some members here with that same attitude, ZR-1s are addictive.

No matter how you describe him. Ted Nugent is THE MAN. Cars, Hunting, Guns, Politics, Music, doesn't matter, he is THE MAN.

You must not have been to a Judas Priest or KISS concert then...

Nugent was mild next to them

They restored his Bronco on Gearz a few years back...

Just last week, they had a segment on re-doing the restoration. I guess it took a beating...wonder why?

I never liked Nugent much. Never shared his politics, love of hunting and weapons, or much of his music. But damn, the man's got personal style, a real american original.

I'm just the opposite...

I love his politics, have plenty of my own guns, hunt (and eat) wild game as much as possible (you know...stuff that hasn't been pumped full of steroids), and saw him when he was still with the Amboy Dukes in the early 70's.

Like him or not, he stands up for the 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms, and with every other freedom the court is trying to chip away at I support his efforts.

He does have his own style...he lives a few hours away on a ranch near Waco.

Many are critical of him because he hunts. I can't figure that out...he doesn't hunt what he isn't going to eat. White tail are SO plentiful here that they are dying from lack of food. Since they have no natural predators, they grow at an exponential rate.

I've got his cookbook and use it quite often...

I'm with you on that. If you HAD to eat what you kill, there'd be a whole lot less killing.
I've eaten a lot of venison from the pennsylvania woods, and it can be very tasty.

I'm more worried about what deer can do to you on the road (especially when driving our favorite plastic cars). My wife got hit by two deer in two weeks last year. There are too darn many of them. They need to be hunted - vigorously. Otherwise they will do the following:

Well....I feed them too. But I do it to keep them healthy AND grow great racks (sounds funny when you say it that way ), BUT we take our limit and have friends come shoot some as well.

We have 250 acres...so we have a "few"...about 20 at each of 3 feeders we have.

They sure are tasty

Default Uncle Ted

I've seen Ted live several times, seen KISS lots of times, enjoyed all those shows. Corrosion of Conformity at the RITZ in Raleigh was by far the loudest show I've ever heard. I like loud music but that was just painfull. I'm glad there are people like Nugent who stand up for what they believe in.
