Can anyone confirm for me that the C4 ZR1 frame dimensions (in respect to the more in board lifting points in particular ) are the same as a base C4 ?

Frame specifications are identical - the only difference in the car is the outer body dimensions mid-door to rear of car and is a combination of different doors, the rocker moldings (not the rocker) or body sill, the rear body section, fillers rear body section to inner body and finally a different rear bumper cover is bolted on
